Like it to actually use hardware (GPU) encoding.

I tested this with a GTX 970 , was unable to get ANY GPU usage out of this using multiple different formats. Only spikes I saw were with the CPU

Pick output file target size / smart fit all else

It would be great to have the option to specify the exact target size of the output file; then to use the facility of making the other settings (resolution, bit rate and frame rate) smart fit around the chosen size.
